Document check

Verify A Receipt Or Certificate

Scan the QR on a Family and Fellows Foundation donation receipt or volunteer certificate. The page opens with the code already filled. You can also type the code printed on the document.

What do you want to verify?

Enter a Donation ID (FFF-R-) or Certificate ID (FFF-V-). Scanning the QR skips this step. Receipts show a donor ID, not a name.

How Verification Works

01

Scan The QR

The QR on the document opens this page with the verification code already filled.

02

Or Type The Code

If you cannot scan, choose receipt or certificate and enter the printed code.

03

See The Record

A match confirms the Foundation issued that document. Unknown codes are not valid.

Verification Questions

How Are Donations Managed And Reported?

Funds are routed through official bank accounts, verified against statements, and recorded in audited ledgers. We run monthly internal reviews and produce annual activity and financial reports. Zakat and non-Zakat funds are kept in separate ledgers.

How Do You Protect Beneficiary Privacy And Dignity?

Assistance is often delivered discreetly, including after hours. We do not publicise beneficiaries without consent. Confidential data is handled only by authorised team members.

How Do I Verify A Donation Receipt Or Volunteer Certificate?

Scan the QR printed on the document. It opens familyandfellowsfoundation.org/verify with the ID already filled. Receipts use a Donation ID (FFF-R-) and show a donor ID, amount, division, program, and date, not a name. Volunteer certificates use a Certificate ID (FFF-V-) and show the name, program, contribution, and date issued.

Need Help With A Code
