• Representatives are prohibited from using Foundation resources or intelligence for personal gain.

• Volunteers, employees, committee members, and advisors sign annual acknowledgements confirming their understanding of privacy obligations.

Zakat and non-Zakat funds are maintained in separate ledgers and banking arrangements to honour donor intent.
